About the Founders

Why We
Built This
We didn’t build this because it was easy. We built it because it was necessary.

OptimalCare Alliance started with one question:
Why is it still so difficult to get care, even when you're willing to pay for it?

We’re cousins—and co-founders.
Jay is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and former Muay Thai fighter who understands recovery on a personal and clinical level. Julius is a healthcare systems architect with global operations expertise, focused on building solutions that work when people need them most.

One of us brings hands-on care experience. The other brings systems built for scale. Together, we’re bridging the gap between patients and providers—with clarity, access, and purpose.

We’ve seen patients fall through the cracks—ignored by clinics, delayed by insurance, or caught in endless referral cycles. And we’ve seen exceptional providers struggle to grow, not due to a lack of skill, but because they refused to compromise their care by navigating a broken insurance system.

So we built something better: streamlined, intentional, and focused on what matters most—getting people the care they need, without the usual obstacles.

No middlemen. No red tape. Just a simpler, more direct way to connect patients with the providers they need.

This isn’t a marketing gimmick or another search directory. It’s a purpose-built platform for people who are ready to take ownership of their health, and for providers who are committed to delivering real care—not just checking boxes.

Whether you're a patient tired of the runaround or a provider looking for meaningful growth, we’re here to make that connection possible.
